Meet Our Leaders
Pastor Jonathan D. Blackwell Sr. and Lady Tamara S. Blackwell are dedicated servants of God with a passion for people and community. Together, they lead New Philadelphia COGIC with love, vision, and a commitment to helping every believer grow in faith and purpose.
Under their leadership, New Philadelphia is building a Christ-centered community rooted in faith, family, and service. Their heart for ministry inspires us to worship passionately, serve faithfully, and love unconditionally.
With integrity, compassion, and a vision to see lives transformed through Christ, Pastor and Lady Blackwell continue to guide our church forward as we live out the mission of Loving God, Loving People, Serving the Community.

Sunday School is a time to grow deeper in God’s Word through teaching, discussion, and practical biblical application for everyday life.

Join us each Sunday morning for a time of worship, prayer, fellowship, and the Word of God. Come expecting to be encouraged, strengthened, and refreshed in His presence.
Sunday Morning Worship — 11:00 AM

Join us Tuesday nights as we study God’s Word together, ask questions, and gain practical biblical understanding that helps us grow in faith and apply Scripture to everyday life.
Tuesday Night Bible Study — 7:00 PM

Wednesday nights offer something different each week, with gatherings designed for fellowship, spiritual growth, and connection for every generation.
Wednesday Night Ministries — Typically 6:30 PM
